Watery Hill Boys in Drogheda Arts Festival, 26 July 2014

The BIB editor reports:

Thanks and apologies to Des Butler, who sent on Friday the news that Drogheda’s own Watery Hill Boys (above) would be playing in the Tholsel building, West St., Drogheda, Co. Meath, on Saturday 26 July from 1.00 p.m. till 2.00 p.m. as part of the town's 2014 arts festival.

Unfortunately, I was incommunicado from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon, so this news did not appear on the BIB till over 24 hours after the show ended. However, it's unlikely that attendance suffered as a result: Des had been warned to be there early, as a full house was expected.
