The Niall Toner Band, featuring Johnny Gleeson on dobro, Richie Foley on mandolin, and Dick Gladney on bass, are performing at the Milford Room in the Seven Oaks Hotel in Carlow on Saturday night, 6 September. Doors 8.30 p.m., and advance booking at hotel reception, 059-9131308 (almost sold-out!) This concert is being recorded by RTÉ Radio 1 for broadcast in the 'In concert' series, which goes out on Sunday nights, and will also be made available as a podcast, worldwide.
